COVID-19 Accommodation Insurance with 138 Student Living
For those delegates staying on campus 138 Student Living are offering an 8 day accommodation insurance package for a non-refundable fee of US$50. In the event that a delegate tests positive for COVID-19 and is unable to return home until returning a negative test result the insurance package will cover their accommodation costs for up to an additional 8 days at no extra cost. Please note this does not include meal costs.

Delegates choosing to take the insurance package are advised to pay 138 Student Living on arrival.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Guests wishing to make a reservation and pay by credit or debit card are requested to complete both our Reservation Form and Credit Card Authorization Form and send via email to shorttermrental@138studentliving.com.

A non-refundable deposit of Ten Percent (10%) of the booking total should be authorized for deduction on the Credit Card Authorization Form. The transaction will not be effected until May 14, 2022 (two weeks before the conference) unless otherwise instructed by the applicant. At that point, the reservation will be confirmed.

The remaining Ninety Percent (90%) can be paid on arrival.

Guests wishing to make a reservation and pay by PayPal are requested to complete our Reservation Form and indicate payment will be made by PayPal in the appropriate section of the form.

With the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions in Jamaica we are now able to recommend additional accommodation options off campus.

A wide range of hotels are available within 15-30 minutes’ drive from The UWI campus in the price range US$150 - $300, inclusive of Wi-Fi, breakfast and taxes. Many are to be found in an area known as New Kingston.
