Registration Desk Hours

The conference bureau will be open for onsite registrations, payments, and purchasing tickets for social events and excursions. Please note that only a limited number of additional event tickets will be available for purchase.


Conference Venue & Program Overview

All scientific events will be hosted at CZU’s Faculty of Environmental Sciences (MCEV I Building). The venue will include:

  • Plenary Sessions & Welcome Ceremony – AULA Building (Monday, June 9)
  • Oral Presentations – Faculty of Environmental Sciences lecture rooms (MCEV I, Rooms Z I & Z II)
  • Poster Session – MCEV I Hall, with dedicated stands for each poster
  • Workshops & Exhibitions – Various rooms in MCEV I
  • Coffee Breaks & Lunches – Provided in MCEV I

Parallel sessions, poster exhibitions, and networking spaces will be arranged to encourage collaboration and discussion among participants.


SOCIAL EVENTS

Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

  • Price: Included in the registration fee for participants and registered accompanying persons

Enjoy a welcome cocktail and light buffet while meeting fellow delegates, making new connections, and renewing old acquaintances.


Unformal Evening in the Campus Pub Klub C

  • Date & Time: Monday, June 9, 19:00 – 23:00
  • Location: Klub C, CZU Campus
  • Price: Individually, at own expense

A relaxed evening at the campus pub, offering a great chance to socialize in an informal setting.


Dinner on the Boat

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, June 10, 19:00 – 21:00
  • Location: Vltava River, Prague City Centre
  • Price: 65 USD
  • Transfer: By public transport, with volunteers guiding participants

Participants will be guided to the Vltava River, where an air-conditioned pleasure boat awaits. Enjoy a welcome aperitif and a buffet dinner while cruising along the Vltava, taking in spectacular views of Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and other illuminated landmarks, accompanied by traditional accordion music.


BBQ Party

  • Date & Time: Wednesday, June 11, 19:00 – 22:00
  • Location: CZU Campus
  • Price: 50 USD for professionals and accompanying persons, 30 USD for students
  • Transfer: No transfer provided – event held at CZU Campus

A vibrant ethno-style BBQ with live cymbal music, featuring traditional Czech cuisine, grilled meats, fresh salads, and, of course, Czech beer and university wine.
