Registration includes access to the scientific presentations and posters, the opening ceremony and welcome reception on Sunday June 8th, the closing ceremony on June 12th, as well as lunch and coffee breaks June 9-11, 2025. Field trips and the closing BBQ party/banquet on June 11th are extra fees available during registration.

Early-Registration Rates are available through April 22, 2025. Regular Rates are from April 23, 2025 to May 20, 2025. Registration closes on May 20th - there will be limited options to register on-site.
Requests for a refund must be made May 20, 2025.
