Plan to join us at the 2019 SEB meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio (June 2-6). The theme for the meeting will be, ”The Future of Forests: Perspectives from Indigenous People, Traditional Practices and Conservation.“ Invited speakers will include: Mike Hopkins (Brazilian National Institute of Amazonian Research), Mike Dockry (US Forest Service), Theresa Culley (University of Cincinnati), Jim Miller (Missouri Botanical Garden), Kathy Morrison (University of Pennsylvania), Robert Bye (National Autonomous University of Mexico) and Kat Anderson (University of California Davis). No doubt, a memorable DEB talk will be given by John Rashford at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center overlooking the Ohio River. Abstract submission closed April 15th. Early registration prices ended on the same date. |
